Consulting begins with an on-site assesment of your operation, including (but not limited to): Sales, accounting, technician productivity and capability, service advising, counter procedures, marketing and advertising, facilty and personnel image, and a full review of all procedures and policies.

Once this is complete, a written report is produced and reviewed with the ownership, and at that point, if APM believes we can assist the owner with the business' specific issues, and that we are the best choice for the work that needs to be accomplished, a proposal may be presented as well.

If the proposal is agreeable to all involved, work can begin in as little as two weeks.

David and/or Terry will fly out to your location and start you out on our Business Profitability Webtools -- not some meaningless paper designed to make you say "Wow!", but the actual systems that we use every day in our very successful shop that enable us to remotely manage.

David and Terry will train you and your staff -- so that communication increases while the chaos decreases. The numbers, we've found, come into line once everyone is on the same page.

Our consulting also includes weekly coaching with Terry and/or David, so that APM can ensure that your success is sustained. After all, what good is it to see things improve, only to have them slip back into the way things were as soon as we aren't standing there with you?

Consulting clients receive proprietary software that measures, tracks, and calculates your numbers daily. No more looking at a month 30 days after the fact and then trying to figure out what went wrong -- now you will know when something is out of line before it can hurt you, and while there's still time to fix it.
