Coaching with APM

APM offers solutions for all of your auto repair shop's needs. One of our most popular choices is our coaching.

Our clients enjoy many choices of types of coaching arrangements, but all have one thing in common: the coaching sessions are conducted by the founders of our comapny, David Rogers and/or Terry Keller. As a result, APM Coaching Clients have their questions answered directly by experts the first time...meaning your business' questions will never have to wait, and you'll always expert advice right away. In other words, coaching clients will never deal with flunkies that we pay to get on the phone and espouse their "professional" opinions.

We offer Private Coaching for the shop owner who may have many different needs and issues, but who isn't prepared to take on the time and investment needed for full consulting. This is a great step in the right direction, as he or she will receive an oppportunity to work directly with the founders of APM to straighten out their business -- be it working on the profit margins and sales, accounting, advertising, or moving to/building a new location.
We also offer Group Coaching, for the shop owner who is interested in learning what other shop owners have to offer, but who is sick of being signed up by a consultant, and then stuck in a group of 20 other, dissimilar shop owners that is moderated not by that consultant, but by his flunky employee. Our Group 5™, Group 7™ and Group 10™ coachings offer a chance for shop owners to learn about and share secrets from all aspects of running a shop.
We know what we're doing because we've been there in our shop. In the past few years, we've also built shops from the ground up, turned around "bad locations," and flipped more shops from the red to the black than we believe any other program could, and we can do the same for your team and your shop.
